A large step-cut citrine bezelled in white gold, framed by carved blossoms with a diamond at the heart of each, and more flowers cut down the shoulders.
Whoever made her was not going to let the citrine do all the work, so the gold around it is carved as finely as the stone is cut. Those flowers read as orange blossom, which is what Victorian brides wore in their hair, and putting it around an orange stone is either a coincidence or somebody's very good joke.
