Refund policy

Every piece at Folklor has been previously owned, previously worn, and previously loved. Because of that, each one is singular, and may carry small signs of the life it lived before you. Please look closely at the photographs before purchasing, and reach out any time with questions. I know it can feel harder to commit when sizing and condition aren't standardized the way they are in a typical store, and I would genuinely love to make that easier. Descriptions come from what the previous owner, estate, or auction house was able to tell us. Where a material or stone can't be confirmed, I describe it by colour rather than naming it (gold versus gold-toned, a blue stone versus a sapphire), so you always know exactly what is and isn't certain.

Because each treasure is one of a kind and this is a small, independently run shop, every piece is sold as found and as a final sale. If a ring isn't quite your size, I'm always happy to have it resized for you before it ships (you can read how that works on the Resizing page).
