Dark and deliberate. This preloved 9k yellow gold ring sets a flat rectangular bar of onyx low against the finger, its deep black surface framed in a beaded collet and flanked by two engraved starburst motifs on either shoulder. Onyx has long been associated with strength and protection — and in Victorian jewellery, it was a stone of quiet authority. Slim enough to layer, graphic enough to anchor the whole hand. Currently a size 6.75 and can be resized.
