A domed mabé pearl set in 14k yellow gold, framed by an open border of looping, scalloped wire that softens the whole piece. The pearl has a warm, creamy luster and a generous curve that sits close to the skin. The bail opens with a small clasp, so you can clip it straight onto a chain or a strand of pearls rather than only sliding it on. It is a small thing that gives you real flexibility, and it works especially well on a beaded style chain.
