Every piece leaves the studio carefully wrapped, insured, and tracked from our hands to yours. Here's what to expect, wherever you're ordering from.

Within Canada:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the service selected. Orders over $200 CAD ship free.

To the United States and internationally:

Folklor ships worldwide via DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your piece — no flat fees, no guesswork.

Duties and taxes — prepaid, always. All applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay. Nothing extra owing at the door. No surprise invoices weeks later. No customs holds asking for payment before release.

Processing: Pieces ship within 2–3 business days of your order. A tracking number is sent by email the moment your package leaves us — once it's in the carrier's hands, delivery times vary by destination and service selected.
